On February 8, 2024, a sea of pirates descended in Sydney to celebrate the upcoming launch of Skull and Bones! Pirates had the opportunity to play the Open Beta and enjoy a night off the high seas in the Saint Anne Tavern once their ship had docked in the iconic Sydney Harbour.

The Skull and Bones Open Beta will be available from February 8 to 11 with cross-play and cross-progression on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X | S as well as Windows PC through the Epic Games Store and the Ubisoft Store.. Skull and Bones will be released on February 16, 2024 with cross-play and cross-progression on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X | S, as well as Windows PC through the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store.

Players can also subscribe to Ubisoft+ to get the game three days early, on February 13, 2024.
