From 22 November to 29 November AEDT, players can download a free trial of Diablo IV on Steam. Once players have experienced Sanctuary on Steam, eager travellers can purchase the game for 40% off on the platform.

A few more details:

• Character level maxes out at Level 20 for this free trial.
• Within that Level 20 character level cap, free trial players will have access to all Diablo IV content.
• Progress carries over from the free trial if purchased. Social play and cross-play will also be available during the free trial.
