I have done a video review for the G14, rather than a my usual written review style. Yes, I am aware that I should have someone more camera friendly in front of the lens, but for now, I will just have to suffice HAHA.
This G14 is a fantastic all-round package that will have you covered from work and play. The RTX 3060 truly did surprise me with its performance. The “AniMe Matrix” is cool, but for most it will be just a gimmick, and as usual, the ASUS Armory Crate software continues to annoy by crashing its “LightingService” constantly.
**I would also like to clarify that ASUS official specs say that 24GB is the maximum capacity for the RAM and in my video I state that 40GB is its limit. We popped a 32GB stick in beside the 8GB on-board memory without any issues. On boot up, the device showed 40GB total RAM.
Our review model hardware specifications:
AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900HS Mobile Processor (8-core/16-thread, 20MB cache, up to 4.6 GHz max boost)
