The official gaming network of the AFL and streaming home of The Lockdown League – The AFL Gamers Network – has partnered with Bluemouth Interactive to bring high quality gaming accessories to equip the AFL Gamers Network’s players with X Rocker Gaming Chairs, Nacon Controllers, Lynx Gaming Desks & LucidSound Headphones.
The range of equipment provides players with the opportunity to get in leisure time while preparing for their matches for the rest of the season and a great point of contact for players to connect with fans.
AFL players such as Port Adelaide’s Zak Butters and Melbourne’s Jack Viney are two such players who stream regularly through the AFL Gamers Network broadcast on YouTube and Twitch.
Streaming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the recently released Fall Guys, crowd favourite Fortnite, and more; these players put their rivalries to the test, on and off the field. With appearances from Jack Higgins, Connor Rozee, Rory Atkins, Rory Lobb, Jack Silvagni, and AFLW’s Collingwood Team including Maddie Shevlin, Stephanie Chiocci, Jaimee Lambert & Kristy Stratton; the AFL Gamers Network streams regularly on its channels and interacts with fans through its newly established Discord Channel.
General Manager of Commercial and Customer, Kylie Rogers, said the AFL Gamers Network has been a way for players to continue their love for gaming and connect with fans with similar passions.
“It’s been incredible to see legions of fans all over the globe connect with our players through the AFL Gamers Network. We’re grateful for the generous support of Bluemouth to ensure the players can continue to stream during this unprecedented season – it’s a great outlet for them and we’re excited to see the platform to continue to grow.”
Bluemouth as a distributor of renowned gaming brands are proud to take part in the initiative by providing quality gaming supplies from the likes of X Rocker and Nacon to kit out the players within the AFL Gamers Network.
Mark Duggan, General Manager of Bluemouth says the AFL Gamers network has provided an incredible platform for the AFL footballers, who have a passion for gaming, the opportunity to engage with their fans online and share their gaming skills. The gaming skills on display are equally as impressive as those they show us on the football field. A personal highlight has been watching James Sicily beaming players in Warzone. Like on the footy field, players need the right gear to provide that winning edge. Being able to provide the off-field gaming equipment has been well received by the AFL Gamers Network team and we have loved seeing our favourite AFL players immersed in the world of competitive gaming!
