Halo Infinite – Firefight: King Of The Hill, Repair Field & More
Today, the highly anticipated Firefight: King of the Hill mode launched as part of the free Halo Infinite Mid-Season Update on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 and Steam. Firefight: King of the Hill offers a refreshing twist on the beloved co-op wave-survival mode, where players fight to survive against hordes of Banished enemies, each wave stronger than the one that preceded it. Work together in Fireteams of four to overcome Banished forces and successfully capture five different hills that spawn throughout the match. New sandbox item Repair Field is also now available and is the first piece of support equipment that allows players to become a Spartan Medic. The Repair Field can be thrown a short distance, attaching to the environment and even vehicles. Halo 3 Refueled Playlist Out Now In Halo Infinite
Today, Xbox are partying like it’s 2007, as the “Halo 3 Refueled” playlist is now live in Halo Infinite Season 5: Reckoning. In partnership with MTN DEW, “Halo 3 Refueled” features seven remade and reimagined fan-favorite Halo 3 maps created by community Forgers as well as the brand-new custom DEW-themed map, Critical Dewpoint, created by ArturBloodshot and inspired by the Foundry map canvas. The playlist releases on the heels of the recent relaunch of the iconic MTN DEW GAME FUEL flavor, Citrus Cherry, first introduced in 2007.
